The following Terms of Use govern the contractual relationship between Newport Maritime Services Ltd, 8-9 Northumberland St, Charing Cross, London WC2N 5DA, (hereinafter: "Provider") and the User in connection with the use of the online portal "newportmaritimeservices.com" (hereinafter: “website”) and references to “You” or “Your” are references to any user or potential user of the online portal.

Any use of this website exclusively takes place according to these Terms of Use. This also applies to any use from a place outside the sovereign territory area of the United Kingdom. Any other provisions only apply if the provider explicitly agrees to their application in writing.

The website is intended for the use of the marine community as a business-to-business tool for finding shipyards that can complete work on vessels under the supervision of the provider. These works currently include specials surveys, intermediate surveys, drydocking repairs, scrubber installations, ballast water treatment systems installations, LNG retrofits, hybrid retrofits and any other maritime services.

Application of these Terms of Use
  1. If you, being a user or potential user of the website, wish to use the website, you should only do so if these Terms of Use are acceptable to you without modification.
  2. The provider may change these Terms of Use at any time without any notice to you. By your continued use of the website. You agree to be bound by the most current version of these Terms of Use. You should check these terms from time to time for any changes that have been made
